A New Play Reading Series
Page to Stage at the Victory is a new play reading series dedicated to the earliest, most vital stage of a play’s life: the moment it leaves the writer’s desk and is heard aloud for the first time. Each reading brings together professional actors and a director for a live, script-in-hand performance of a new or in-development work, followed by an audience talkback with the playwright.
For 46 years, the Victory Theatre Center has championed new voices in Los Angeles theatre — Page to Stage continues that commitment, giving playwrights a room full of listeners and giving audiences a first look at what’s next.

Submissions
Now accepting submissions for Page to Stage. The Victory Theatre Center is seeking new and in-development plays for upcoming readings in our Page to Stage series. We welcome full-length and one-act plays from writers at any stage of their career. Selected writers will hear their work read aloud by professional actors and receive audience feedback to help shape the next draft.
