Community Outreach Programs
The Victory Theatre Center is currently in collaboration with CYPRESS COLLEGE to present
its third Festival of New Plays. In addition, The Victory is also establishing the THEATRE
IN EDUCATION PROGRAM (TIE) to help make theatre attendance more viable to Burbank
schools, teachers and residents. Plus, the Victory is continuously awarding acting
scholarships, mentoring high school students, offering special discount tickets for teachers,
seniors and disadvantaged youths. Burbank High and Burrough’s High school students
are invited attend preview performances.
The Victory Theatre Center is also a PARTNERSHIP RESOURCE FOR SEVERAL LOCAL
SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS. In this capacity, the theatre hosts fundraisers, discussion
groups and facilitates rehabilitation seminars and productions for recovering substance
abusers and the mentally challenged. We also offer partnerships and reciprocal
relationships with USC, Loyola-Marymount and Woodbury Universities, Glendale and Cypress Colleges and Counseling West Clinic. These mutually beneficial opportunities and
experiences are an integral part of our dedication to providing stimulating artistic content
to the community at large.
Visiting Companies and Rentals
The Victory Theatre Center is available for a variety of uses including organizations presenting
performing arts (music, theater, and dance) to the public as well as film shoots,
screenings, classes and more. We are also available for rehearsals and readings. (when

The Playhouse is booked several MONTHS IN ADVANCE please sunbmit proposals to the victory@mindspring.com. Please allow the widest range of possible dates for your production. |
